Insurance Info

Specialty rehabilitation at WellSpring Physical Therapy is covered under the "Physical Therapy" benefit of your insurance plan.  Most insurance companies require your physician or nurse practitioner to provide a written prescription for physical therapy.

We are preferred providers for:

• Blue Cross and Blue Shield
• Midland's Choice
• Coventry
• United HealthCare
• Medicare
• Medicaid (Nebraska and Iowa)
• Aetna
• Cigna
• TriCare

For those clients with a high-deductible plan or with no insurance, we offer a cash-pay discount.  Please call us at (402) 934-9711 for more details.
